The Practice operates a number of clinics offering a wide variety of specialist services staffed by a skill mix of various professionals to address your particular needs. This is an NHS service tailored to help patients navigate through health, social and voluntary services. We assess you in the comfort of your own home, providing referrals, advice and support.

Every day General Practice staff across the UK receive verbal and sometimes physical abuse from the very people they are trying to help.
Register for patient access online to view your medical records, book appointments and order repeat prescriptions. 2) Bring the form along with 2 forms of ID to reception (We require 1 ID with a photo and 1 with an address e.g. 3 Your IDs will be verified and copies will be taken. The application will then be submitted, once it has been processed you will be given a log in PIN.
Appointments are for one person at ten-minute intervals and for medical conditions only. If you think you'll need a longer consultation please book a double appointment with one of our reception staff. Double appointments cannot be booked online. You may be offered medication, which means the doctor will prepare a prescription for you, which will be available to collect from the surgery that day.
To facilitate your registration please bring your NHS medical card if available with you along with photo ID such as a driving license or passport. In addition please understand that we are entitled to refuse non-urgent/non-emergency treatment pending your registration. The Practice does not discriminate against race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation or appearance, disability or medical conditions.

I truly can not rate this doctors surgery highly enough, "great receptionist's who are always very helpful, chatty and remember me". "The Doctors are always kind and take the time to explain things to me, they help me with referrals" and the "Practice manager is very kind and helps with any problems" Thank you

I'm leaving an additional positive review as I've had a few more appointments with my doctor. I continue to find the receptionist staff helpful and friendly. My doctor has been very helpful and referred me for plenty of tests. I have the constant feeling that my medical health is being taken seriously and that things are moving forwards.

After speaking to multiple people at this surgery I felt the need to leave a positive review.
I recently registered with them and found the process painless (even considering the situation with COVID). The two receptionists that I spoke to were very helpful both on the phone and face to face. They put me on the system very quickly (about 2 days). I managed to book my initial appointment with a nurse and had an appointment over the phone the very same day. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable.

Just moved to Southend On Sea, had to go through process of moving Doctor for us both. Receptionists very helpful, friendly and understanding. Nurse appointment was easy to book, didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment. Have had to make two separate appointments to see a doctor, both seen same day. Doctor friendly approachable and very helpful. This surgery is by far better than our previous surgeries.
