One receptionist lovely, the other appeared judgemental and unwelcoming. I interrupted her dinner she was eating while at the reception, to let her know there has been a change to my vision and I can't read text on my phone, after a blow to the head. She said 'I can't read the text on my phone either' abruptly and almost questioned why I'm telling her this. The nurse received this information, then took this seriously and sent me to medway. I didn't appreciate this comment as I'd taken a very hard direct fall to my head in a horse riding accident. It took me alot to seek help, I wasn't going to

Now the surgery only allows 10 callers in the queue at once, for a town of 70,000 so youll be lucky to ever get through to anyone, and if you do you'll have to wait a month to see someone. Bottom line, be ill somewhere else.

Whilst I can't fault the Doctors' advice and expertise, the process to get an appointment with them is absolutely ridiculous. It really does not make any sense to call at 8am to get a telephone appointment back. Even then, I'm spending half an hour to an hour in the morning trying to get past the busy tone for the receptionist to then tell me that the Doctor will call me back. We're never given a time, just a "you will get a private call some time later today." How is it fair that we are only allowed to request an appointment in a very tight window but we cant get an appointment at specific times

The doctors are lovely, but it is very difficult to get through to reception by phone. I have had the line cut off when I get to number one in the call queue after waiting 25 minutes in the queue and had the phone put down on me after abruptly being told to phone again tomorrow ar 8am.

Waited in a phone queue for 28 mins after trying to get through for the last four days!.Trying to book a telephone consultation for a condition I’ve had for almost fifty years but didn’t need a prescription for since 2018.My loss !.Finally lost my temper with a receptionist who talks over you when you trying to explain what a complete waste of time and resources this is in the middle of a pandemic when there are countless people who need attention more than me!.Finally got a consultation for an appointment seven days time at a time they can’t tell me.A key worker at a cemetery!.What do you
