By my mid thirties I had tried various sports to keep fit, having worked hard to lose a few extra stone that I didn't want to put back on. At OSP I got much more than I bargained for - and have never looked back! There is an awareness and openness to talk about mental health which is refreshing - as I know training has certainly helped me through some real personal lows - and has also provided some of the highs.

If you want to get fit but are bored by your normal gym then this is the place for you. Great workouts to suit everyone regardless of fitness level, personal coaches to help & support you & amazing members that motivate you to reach your goals. Been going 6 months and it's the best thing I've done. Crossfit is the way forward.

This is the best gym I have ever joined. The coaches are brilliant. They get to know all the members and help build confidence and abilities in a safe and positive environment. All the members are supportive and it makes the atmosphere really positive. If you want to get fit get yourself to this gym!

Great gym!! I was a little nervous about doing this type of training with heavy weights, but I felt at ease right away and have loved it! The coaches are fantastic and make sure your technique is right as well as making the classes enjoyable and fun. The members are really friendly and there is a real community atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Love this place! I have been a member since it opened and couldn't imagine training anywhere else again. I've always kept fit but have got bored or lost motivation after a few months in the past, not here! Classes are always varied and cater for all levels of fitness, coaches know what you're capable of and always push you to do better and the atmosphere is great! Totally addictive...come and try you won't be disappointed!!

Optimal Sports Performance is a brilliant cross fit gym... Staff are all very friendly and helpful... Clients to are very friendly and they all help one another out. No one gets left out... Classes are ace I've seen so much progress since starting them and the sports therapy is also superb .. The guys know what that are doing there and they are brilliant personal trainers!! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you OSP
