Trevose Harbour House is located on the picturesque Warren, a picturesque Cornish terrace, nestled between Porthminster Beach and St Ives Harbour.
We encourage our guests arriving by car to arrive at the rear entrance of the property, on the approach to St Ives train station, where we can unload luggage and direct them to park in the station car park - If the guest has a reserved space a parking permit for display in their car will also be provided.

Trevose Harbour House features neighbourhood artwork sourced from local St Ives artists. The well illuminated white walls of the house offer the perfect backdrop to showcase the carefully selected pieces of art and pottery. Following the guesthouses' serene and calming tone, the artwork similarly is in keeping with the white and blue colour scheme.

Trevose Harbour Hotel is truly fantastic with an amazing location, right in the heart of St.Ives. Everything is organised to perfection. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight helped by the wonderful Olly and Angela who were absolutely wonderful hosts. They gave us some really helpful tips on galleries and restaurants which were invaluable. We hope to be back!

We have just come back from a lovely stay at Trevose Harbour House, St Ives. When we arrived after along drive we had a very warm welcome. We were taken to our room and it was outstanding , the cleanliness and freshness was fantastic. Well what can we say about the owners so friendly and welcoming could not do enough to help you. The breakfast was also outstanding , have been to St ives many times and have never stayed in such a warm and friendly environment. We can’t wait to go back at see them all.

I do not usually leave reviews- primarily because it slips my mind and/or I tend to verbally tell the proprietor if I have a nice time! But... I must leave a review in this instance. This B'n'B is so utterly fabulous. Every last detail has been thoroughly planned and executed, to the highest degree!

This place is amazing! The ambiance, the service, the rooms and the location are all top. And the breakfast is delicious! We stayed two nights only and wish could have stayed longer. Highly recommended! This hotel gave us the spacious experience in st Ives! If I have chance to visit again I definitely will book here! It was too comfortable. They took good care of every details even the flavor of the whole hotel, when I back to London I bought the same room fragrance from Neals yard! I couldn’t forget the breakfast too! The host cook for us, and it just better than any brunch place you can have outside. Really really really enjoyed! And all the staff were friendly and willing to help!

Absolutely fantastic experience 😊 Stayed for a weekend and we just want to go back !! Staff so attentive, rooms are like a 5 star hotel. Attention to detail with the rooms was superb and the more you look the better it got. Added bonus was having the option of a parking space which is vital in St Ives. Nothing was too much trouble from booking restaurants and taxi’s to providing a fantastic breakfast. We wouldn’t try anywhere else now. Thank you.

This is a very nice b&b on the Warren. It is one row back from the sea front although most rooms have a sea / harbour view as the houses on the front are much smaller. It is a little pricey but good value for money as the service, breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional - definitely not your usual b&b level of service. It has a private terrace at the back but does not have a sea view. In the evening you can sit in the lounge area which has a well stocked honesty bar. The Pedna Olva Hotel a few doors down has better sea views with balconies right on the sea but the service and comfort

We looked at a number of places to stay. This hotel surpass them with its wonderful views of the harbour, beautiful interior designed rooms, luxurious products to wash with and the breakfast was delicious 😋.
It was my partners birthday 🍰 and they made a lovely organic Victoria sponge. You can not put a price on this place. Great Memories can only describe this beautiful hotel and location on entrance of saintives town. Love love....

We stayed for 4 nights at the beautiful Trevose. This is one of the best B&B's -the words B&B don't do this place justice- we've stayed at in a long time.
The design of the Trevose is gorgeous with the most beautiful decor. Our room was wonderful and the breakfast, lovingly prepared by Olivier was amazing.
The staff are super friendly, attentive… and there to help. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt cared for and nothing was too much trouble. Every little detail was carefully considered and delivered with excellence in mind.

We have just checked out from Trevose, what an incredible place to stay.
My partner took me here for a night for my 30th birthday and it was jut so special. We were welcomed by a beautifully bright spirited and warm young lady called Jess. She found out it was my birthday and just made everything so special for me.
We stayed in the annex room… which is STUNNING! A gorgeous view of St Ives harbour, exquisite interior, not only in the room but throughout the house. The place was spotless. To my utter delight Neil’s yard toiletries were provided !!!! There was most amazing kettle I&rsquo
