Very poor experience told the guy I'm running late was late about 25 minutes than I said I would be, turned up an then he tells me I couldn'td stay not only that but I couldn't get a refund as he refused to agree with me told the company that he goes through an they told me they can't do anything if he refused, I mean seriously who does that im so annoyed. Won't be going through Agoda booking again either

Draughty, safety matters not attended to. Old milk served to me. They left my room unlocked. Bed so uncomfortable, I cut short my stay.

We absolutely loved it here, it'd get 5 stars for price, personality, ease of access and the AMAZINGLY friendly staff, but it is run down, it's perfectly clean but old and in need of updating. However the welcome and friendliness of the owners makes up for it ten fold ❤️
