Chiropody (Podiatry) is all about the diagnosis, care and treatment of conditions affecting the lower limbs and feet. All our Podiatrists at The Foot Health Centre have Honours Degrees in Podiatry and are registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
You can come to see a Podiatrist to have "routine" treatments such as toenail cutting or reduction of hard skin, or for specific conditions such as corns, verrucas, foot pains and fungal infection.Podiatrists can also prescribe orthotic insoles, which may be put in your shoes to re-align your feet to help or relieve pressure on vulnerable areas.

Laser therapy employs low power or 'soft' laser light to aid the natural healing process of the body safely and effectively. It has been used for over 30 years and is widely available in the medical field for treatment of pain, wound healing and musculoskeletal conditions.
Laser therapy achieves improved outcomes in the treatment of plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, post nail avulsion, neuropathic and phantom pain, diabetic ulceration, rheumatoid and osteo-arthritis, joints, chronic oedema, warts and verrucae.Low level lasers should not be confused with surgical lasers which are a different classification of laser.

Your feet will carry your whole body around your entire life. They need to be healthy and strong in order to support your weight and withstand stresses and strains of every day use. Unlike shoes, you can't put a new pair on if they are uncomfortable! Feet are a hard working area of the body and often the most abused.

Shocking service. Took my 5 year old son and the male chiropodist was awful towards him. He was crying his eyes out due to the pain and all the male chiropodist could do was complain to us that he couldn't do his job properly because of it! Highly recommend going elsewhere if you have kids, please avoid at all costs if you have young kids with verrucas! Would happily give 0 stars if I could!

After months of restricted mobility with foot and leg pain 24/7, the outstanding expertise and professionalism of podiatrist, Hussein, has given me back my mobility and freedom with progressive treatments in a few short weeks. Hussein is undoubtedly the most highly skilled podiatrist I have ever had treatment with and even more important for me is the practiced patient mindfulness which effectively allows me to avoid invasive procedures and I cannot recommend both the clinic and Hussein enough.

The clinic is very tatty and tired, quite expensive, the first foot doctor who's a younger woman and treated my little boy's verruca was good, but she only works term time as she got kids herself, so we went back for follow up appointment with another older foot doctor, she's so impatient, blunt with no sympathy towards my son when cutting off the hard skin from his foot and made my son cried his eyes out and said never want to go there ever again! His foot was still bad so took him to The Foot Centre in Caterham and job done with no tear!
