Services
The practice nurses are available throughout morning and evening surgeries and also during the afternoons for booked appointments. Appointments for new patient health checks, routine dressings, smears and ear syringing should be booked for early morning or afternoon through reception. Patients seeking routine asthma checks should book an appointment.
Appointments may be made by telephoning or by calling at the surgery. Routine appointments may be made well in advance (maximum six weeks) which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements. We are also able to offer telephone appointments - please let the receptionist know if you feel your problem could be resolved on the telephone.
We encourage new patients, those over 75 and any other patient who would like one, to have a general health check. This will include advice on heart disease prevention and, if appropriate, giving up smoking. Please make an appointment at least six weeks prior to your holiday to ensure adequate cover.
If you live in Islington you can now access more evening and weekend appointments with a GP or nurse thanks to three primary care 'hubs' as part of the borough's i:HUB service. It might be that an evening or weekend appointment is more convenient, or maybe as a daytime Carer the only time you have for yourself is at the weekend.
Patients are requested to telephone to arrange a home visit. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible including contact telephone number to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls. One of our doctors will call back to discuss the situation and confirm if a home visit is suitable.

I have been a patient at this practice for many, many years and even though I have moved home I have stayed with the practice, mainly due to Dr Hira. She and her team are always helpful and considerate and put the patient first. Dr 's Hira and Izuka listen to their patients, showing great care and empathy and a desire to do what's is right for the patient.

I attended the ENT clinic at this surgery 24th Nov 21. was seen by Dr Salem and am so thankful for this service and the treatment I received there..
Also Huge thanks to the helpful person who was so kind when I queried my lost hearing aid. (fortunately found in an inner pocket yesterday) I'd be lost without it. Wishing all the staff at Hornsey rise Peace & Health for 2021

I have to say that i just rung up and once again the stroppiness from receptionist is unbelievable ..waiting over two weeks for a phone call from gp..cannot get my medicationds still at the practice miss Shen was
so unpleasant that i even raise my voice.
Cannot believe that the advice is to go to A/E as they havent got enough to deal with.
IT's a disgrace to have a surgery with such low standard.
i have to agree with all the rest of complaints seeing on line.

Absolutely appalling service!
they picked my appointment as a first from other centers and both times gave me 4 months waiting date. Them doctor who never saw me decided that my condition is not urgent and can wait 4 moments even though I have ear sinus and thro infection and my GPA marked it as a urgent I m in pain this is absolutely ridiculous !
