Worst service ever. Not only it is extremelly difficult to book an appointment with the "nurse" for asthma review, but also when you get one it's over the phone, and they also just don't call you at the time you managed to get the booking. Also, a couple of years ago another nurse chose to change the doctor's prescription for 250mg Beclometasone inhaler to a 100mg inhaler (brown one) because she believes she knows more than the doctor. Disgraceful. I changed surgery since the last failed appointment with a nurse over the phone. Also, there is a blond woman at the back of the reception that just

I feel so fortunate that Killick St Health Centre was recommended to me and that I was allocated Rachel Hopkins as my GP. She is friendly, approachable, thorough and very knowledgeable, with that rare ability to explain things clearly without talking down or being patronising. She has used her considerable experience of both medicine and the workings of the NHS to address every aspect of my health, and conscientiously followed up on each one. I have contacted the Centre online, by phone and in person and always received a prompt response from her. Very impressive! The Centre is clean and organised

I have been a patient at Killick Street for many years now. I have complex needs and can say hand on heart that they are the best ever GP practice I've ever attended. All of the staff are well trained, professional, helpful, polite. They go out of their way to make you feel looked after. I wish I could mention everyone by name but they are all fabulous. A special call-out though for Dr Ben Smith who has been the most supportive and genuinely excellent GP I've ever had.

I have been a patient of the Killick Street Health Centre ever since the practise started. Dr Trevor Yellon became my GP 17 or 18 years ago and i immediately felt at ease no matter what the problem was. He is very knowledgeable, professional, passionate and empathic. He really takes his time to explain my conditions as well as my treatment options.
Suffering from chronic conditions which have a profound impact of my life i'm also receiving specialist care in hospitals. Dr Yellon has always referred me there, understanding a delay would even cause me more suffering and in the end would also be

Very disappointed, my GP practice over the years and is all a hit/miss. While there are some doctors that are fine, the receptionists always have been difficult and got an attitude. Last straw was with the handling of vaccines, when the reception staff claim "they do things differently than NHS directives" (followed by a shouting match). Save yourself some stress, register in a practice where they show more respect for you and consideration for your time. PD (as a reply to their response): their definition of a polite answer is very generous (on their favour), because given a half-felt apology

I have attended Killick Street for over 15 years and would highly recommend this health centre. The receptionists are always very caring and one in particular is always willing to go the extra miles to help out, over the years this has been greatly appreciated. All the Drs are fantastic and offer outstanding service. A special mention to Dr Ben Smith who has such friendly and calming manner. This is a fantastic team. Thank you for all your hard work especially during what has been such a challenging year for all.
