She has seen me through two operations, swapping from beginners to intermediate back to beginner’s classes whenever I have needed to because of injury or operation. She is so accommodating and even when you mention in passing a slight problem or pain you have she always suggests an exercise or a different way of moving which always eases the problem. In my first private sessions I was scared to even lie on the floor and get up again and now I’m doing the downward dog (work

I followed Stables Pilates when they moved from Colney to Cringleford. The new studios are very roomy and the equipment very impressive. After 20 years of dreadful backache, my weekly group mat sessions got rid of the pain in months about 4 years ago. To keep the back ache from returning, I am very keen to keep up the exercise treatment with my present group of sufferers of all sorts of aches and pains. (It goes, in my case,. with a misspent youth of too much sport.) I can't recommend the instructors more highly. It's wonderful to walk out feeling lithe and 6 inches taller!
