Stephanie Holker is the chief instructor at Red Earth Equestrian Centre. She gained all her teaching and horse care qualifications at the Yorkshire riding centre in Harrogate under Christopher bartle and Jane bartle-Wilson. Stephanie has been successfully teaching since the riding school opened in 2006.
We manufacture and supply fire shutters, garage doors and fire protection for a range of applications, varying from agricultural to commercial and domestic purposes. We offer high quality bespoke roller shutters doors which are designed to your specifications, made to measure with a one-year guarantee.
At Red Earth Equestrian Centre we have a private road that leads on to one of the north west bridleway routes (over 400 acres of moorland) that the Equestrian centre uses for hacking! This facility gives Red Earth Equestrian Centre clients the option to go on a hack lesson instead of an arena lesson to test the skills that they have learnt on their regular weekly lessons.
This is a sport involving the execution of precise movements by a trained horse in response to barely perceptible signals from its rider. The word dressage means "training" in French. Particularly important are the animal's pace and bearing in performing walks, trots, canters, and more specialized maneuvers.
Red Earth Equestrian Centre have carefully designed and developed classes and courses to suit all ranges of ability. From your first cross pole to jumping a course of British show jumps. Including jump off techniques and grid work. These are available on scoop horses that are regularly out competing in showjumping competitions but also your welcome to bring your own horse.

When you walk in you can tell the place is class. Clean, modern stables and all the facilities you could ask for. Well lit arenas including one indoor making evenings possible through the winter. Friendly and knowledgable instructor who really engaged my 9 year old daughter who described it as "the best day of my life" (until next week)

We have tried many riding schools and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. They make the pupils do the work and really advance them without letting them fall into bad habits. You have to arrive 15 minutes early to tack up your horse so it doesn't eat into your lesson and they make you learn how to do it. You usually swap around horses each week so you learn how to ride horses rather than one particular horse. So pleased with them.

I had a terrible accident coming of my own horse jumping where I badly broke my leg and ankle. 4 months after my accident and surgery I was jumping just over 80cms in an arena eventing clinic being taught by Steph. With the help of Steph, Sarah who is giving me lessons at Red Earth and their wonderful horses I'm back loving my jumping and feeling… super confident.
How would recommend RedEarth to everyone who wants to learn to ride or improve their riding skills. Also the competitions they hold are great and they have always been so welcoming when I've taken my horse to compete.
I actually

I am so very much enjoying my one to one private lessons with Heidi and Sarah as I always look forward to my Thursdays with you all who are all become my very special friends and Skye who is my very special Horse and I love her so very much because she brings me such joy, happiness most importantly peace into my life she is truly one in a million. Skye has helped me with coping with Depression and Anxiety after been a victim of Mental and Hate Crime Discrimination . I enjoy every minute with her but it's so sad when my lesson is over because I just don't want to get off. I have been horse riding
