We will be taking advanced bookings for these classes 12.40 per hour. We have kept the cost of these the same for many years but we will no longer be able to carry forward missed lessons. The Guitar School is the leading music school in Essex for ABRSM exam results in classical guitar. For the last two terms we have achieved 100% pass rate and many of our learners have gone on to top private and grammar schools.

Services
We are planning to continue with on-line lessons as well as are normal face to face lessons in Hornchuch. We have added new subjects to the corriculum, which in English, Maths and 11+ preparation. I teach from Key Stage 1 up to A level, specialising in adapting my teaching for each learners particular needs.
The school teaches a range of music subjects including guitar, keyboard, Grade 5 theory and piano. The childrens classes are 1 hour in duration. Each class has up to 5 children of similar age and ability. We are very careful at the school to make sure the learners work well together so sometimes we will suggest moving a child to a more suitable class.
Lessons are charged in blocks of five, payable strictly in advance and renewal by no later than the fifth lesson with no exceptions. All learners are billed on lesson four, at which point fees are due. Children's 1 hour classes and private lessons; you must complete your 5 lessons over no more than 6 consecutive weeks.
The Home Office says that if you are working regularly with children you have to hold a current CRB or DBS. A teacher should be able to provide you with a disclosure number on request. Unlike some Adult Education colleges, we do not cancel a class at no notice. The school tries to keep the courses running all year round, except for short breaks over the main school holidays.
Children - Look at the schools our children go to such as Coopers', Chelmsford County High, City of London Boys! What we do prepares learners for private school entrance and achievement at GCSE, A level and Btec etc. We use ABRSM and Registry of Guitar Tutors exams, teaching your child to read music and the rudiments of theory as appropriate.
