Services
Although the title, sports massage, may imply you must be an athlete to require a sports massage; it can actually have a great benefit for all. This treatment can benefit a range of people; from the young to the elderly. From those in highly active jobs to those in office jobs. You may experience a number of sensations following your sports massage, this is due to the release of toxins in your body during the massage.
Massage, applied skillfully, is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal systen. Received regularly this may help athletes prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse. A constant build-up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stress on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves.
Nutritional Therapy can support you in your healing journey to health and well-being, through nourishing foods and dietary advice. It looks to understanding the root cause of your illness rather than simply treating the symptoms. As a Nutritional Therapist, Tessa Levey looks at the body as a whole, assessing the interconnections of bodily systems, and aims to support the body back to energetic health through nutrition.
Kinesiology is an holistic complimentary therapy that works at an energetic level on the body, and uses a combination of Western and Eastern philosophy. It was developed in the 1960's by the chiropractor George Goodheart. Kinesiology is a unique therapy which uses 'muscle monitoring' to identify what each individual needs.

I’ve had to visit the lodge on a couple of occasions. Kimberley helped me with a niggling back pain several years ago before the stand alone lodge was created. I had cause to re visit in 2021 where I was now treated to this designated space. On this visit chris helped resolve a deep tissue complaint and gave advice and detailed information about how to prevent occurring again. The staff here are well training, friendly and welcoming. There’s no heavy deep massage which I’ve had before at other places which often causes more pain. I came away feeling a lot better, relieved from pain and happy
