We had a nightmare selling our flat and was told that we needed an asbestos survey done ASAP if we were going to exchange on time.
Marcus dealt with us and found the time to get someone out that PM and sent over the invoice details for payment.
Adam arrived at the time stated and was very professional. He completed the survey quickly and got his report sent off the same day.
This was then passed to Justin to write up and send over to us so we could complete on the date given. All this was done urgently and within a very small window and as far as I'm concerned ASI went above and beyond

Very quick and friendly service. I phoned with concerns of Asbestos and they were able to send someone out to take samples within less than 24 hours. When the person arrived to take samples, knowing that we had paid for 3 samples, he could tell us right away that one of the materials was definitely not asbestos, so he tested a different area for us too that we were curious about - since I had already paid for a third sample - so I thought that was very kind and considerate. After 4 working days, the results were emailed to me with great detail of what was found. Highly recommended!! Very happy

We had ASI come do a refurbishment asbestos survey completed on our 1940's bungalow. Dave was brilliant on site, very happy to answer any questions and explain potential areas that could contain asbestos.

Truly a superb service, nothing was too much trouble! I had numerous questions all of which were answered in a timely manner by the team at ASI and the initial report was made available to us with 3 working days! We now have the property close to how we always wanted it and thanks to the surveys and advice from the team, we have done so safely. I would use ASI again without hesitation!

What more can you ask for! Marcus was amazing, we had a situation where we needed a report very urgently very close to exchange. Spoke to Marcus very polite and reassuring, was also very knowledgeable. He arrange for a survey the following day!!!!!! The report and the samples were done very quickly. To put this in context if you are in doubt wether you should ASI or not. When I was looking for an asbestos surveyor on the internet I contacted other companies at the same time as ASI. By the time the I got the quote from other companies, the survey had already been done by ASI and the report received
