I just wanted to drop you a quick note in recognition of the excellent service we have had from you on the Pyramid House project re: asbestos surveys. Regulation 4 of the current control of asbestos Regulations states that there is a duty to manage asbestos in non domestic premises. As part of the duty to manage, the premises must be surveyed for the presence of asbestos products. All surveys are carried out in accordance with HSG 264 entitled "Asbestos: The Survey Guide" issued by the Health & Safety Executive.
