Bought some ribeye from Larkhall Butchers on a trip to see family in Bath - drove it back to London and cooked it using the reverse sear method - it was sublime - best ribeye ever and reasonably priced - win win!

A fantastic selection of mouth watering meat and knowledgeable staff on hand to advise on quantities and cuts.
Their Christmas order service is a must if you are hosting over the holidays in Bath. This year's delivery service is definetly the way to go to beat the inevitable collection queues from this popular Butchers!

Super keen to support local butchers but extremely disappointed when we bought a dozen chipolata sausages from Widcombe branch only to discover they were off. Yuck!

I’m with you, Howard Burton! We too were sad when the butcher downtown closed but we also discovered Larkhaul Butchers and love them! We went in to get lamb neck fillets but they had these beautiful lamb rump steaks. Told us exactly how to cook them. Our dish was beautiful and delicious!

High quality meat and excellent friendly service.
The shop also stocks a good range of good quality complementary products such as dairy products, sauces, condiments and preserves. The delivery service during this Covid crisis has been making lockdown more bearable.

We moved to Bath at the end of last year and tried a few local butchers. We were recommended to Larkhall butchers earlier in the year by a resident living near us and were delighted when a delivery service was offered at the beginning of Lockdown. We have had excellent service since then. Nothing is too much trouble. Their fish and eggs as well as meat are all excellent.

Fantastic butcher and a true asset to the local area.
In the past I have sometimes felt a bit overwhelmed in butchers, not knowing exactly what to ask for or much I'd expect to pay, but the staff here are all super helpful and have plenty of knowledge to share.
Prices are similar to the better cuts at a supermarket, but for a far higher quality.
