Extremely poor service. Rooms are small and I feel like I have been scammed as I booked the highest rank bedroom style. Bathroom extremely small and no room service even though we paid for it. Breakfast was nice, Thanks to the lady who was really kind and helpful. Reception staff were rude and not helpful. Not accommodating at all. Don't recommend this place, 0/5.

This is a hotel with hostel character... old bathrooms looking like cabins of a sunken ship. To get to the room by elevator you have to go through a pub. The breakfast is only served until 9h30. The friendly staff cannot fix the negative points. One of my worst London Hotel experiences. Not recommended if you want comfort.

Quirky room though the fabric of the building us starting to show some wear. Location was perfect for family trip to London including harry potter studio tour and the lion king musical. Absolutely fantastic service from all staff, particularly reception, housekeeping and breakfast room. Great variety of breakfast options served in very clean breakfast room. Would recommend and will come back.

The staff are amazing - very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Although my room was small it was very clean and had everything I needed, and the ensuite shower room is clean. The breakfast was very good, much morechoice than I expected, including hot food and fruit. My room was just behind reception and faced onto the road so was not the quietest place to stay but I got used to it. Value for money was extremely good - a big thank you to all at Stylotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Stylosuites are perfect for family of four. Comfy bed, brilliant facilities. Close to station, shops, restaurants and bar for the well needed drink after a long eventful day. Very enjoyable stay to a wonderful weekend. Definitely be coming back to book next year for another family adventure in London.

Quirky hotel where the staff are very helpful and welcoming. We loved our room but the stairs to it were quite narrow , the beds were very comfortable but the sheets wasn’t changed the 3 days we were there but… it wasn’t really a problem and we will be going back. Also train station was about a 10 minute walk away but easy to get there.

The location at Paddington Station 🚉 Is convenient to all airports, Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton. The surrounding neighborhood has affordable restaurants and bars. The staff members are professional and friendly, the hotel is clean and Andreas, the hotel manager is very helpful. Had a wonderful stay!
