Kickboxing is a martial art focusing on striking techniques such as punching, kicking, knees and elbows. These classes are excellent for building fitness, stamina & aiding in weight loss. During these classes you will learn techniques from a variety of martial arts including boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiujitsu.
