Before the match proper we had a spider contest with a prize of a bottle of whiskey donated by our President & Chairman Mike Sheahan - and won by one of our own bowlers Jo Gable (that's the second one she has won this year). There followed a 6 - rink match against the visitors that included players of all ages from around the country and led by captain
