College Guest House is a three storey, Grade II listed late Georgian town house built in 1837. In 1888 the house was turned into a Baptist college known as the Baptist college of Haverfordwest, founded by Rev. Thomas Evans of Bethesda chapel and was closed in 1894 when it amalgamated with a college in Aberwyswyth.
