College Guest House is a three storey, Grade II listed late Georgian town house built in 1837. In 1888 the house was turned into a Baptist college known as the Baptist college of Haverfordwest, founded by Rev. Thomas Evans of Bethesda chapel and was closed in 1894 when it amalgamated with a college in Aberwyswyth.
The house retains much of its orignal charm. The guest house is a careful blend of old and new and we have tried to make all the rooms practical as well as comfortable. Why not relax in our guest lounge with a tea or coffee, watch the tv, a DVD or use the wifi internet to keep in touch with business or relatives.

Bed and breakfast? Rubbish bed and rubbish breakfast. Very unwelcoming, inflexible host who gave the impression that she couldn't be bothered. We had to order breakfast immediately we arrived hot and tired, couldn't even book into the room first. Only breakfast option was a bacon, sausage, egg sandwich and yoghurt despite the website saying full English. No cereal even though we asked. Room hot, noisy and up several flights of stairs. One of the mattresses had totally collapsed springs, brought to the attention of the host who refused to believe us but also refused to come and look. Mascerator

I was put in this charming guest house after being forced to move out of my original choice by a sucession of Fawley Towers esque disasters but OMG was i glad my other half found it online for. Colin was welcoming and friendly and the rooms tastefully decorated and spacious with lots of natural light. The food was great and plentiful and the bustle of staff cleaning and preparing rooms for arriving guests was not intrusive. I would gladly return when working nearby again. Well done guys.
