Our team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, yoga and Pilates instructors and exercise specialists work together to formulate the most effective treatment protocols to get you back doing what you love as quickly as possible. With over a decade's worth of experience in the musculoskeletal and orthopaedic field of physiotherapy, Antony has a wealth of knowledge.
The physiotherapy and additional services offered at Reach Physiotherapy, Brighton can be a very effective treatment option for diverse conditions such as lower back pain, shoulder problems, sports injuries, head aches and dizziness. Accompanied with massage therapy, Pilates and yoga, we can create an individually designed treatment plan, that progresses you from our care to your self management in a fluid, affordable nature.

Confirmed appointments that are cancelled more than 24 hours prior the appointment time will not be charged. The timetable for Pilates isbelow. Our small class sizes allow you to get close attention from Brighton's finest Pilates teachers! If you would wish to get individual assessment on Pilates breathing techniques from Sharon, Helen or Suzy, you can book a private session with either of them. Just call or email us and we can make a booking for you!
Me, Myself and MS is a new multiple sclerosis (MS), specific rehabilitation programme that is led by our Chartered Neurological Physiotherapist, Hannah Johnson at Reach Physiotherapy Brighton. The programme combines neurological rehabilitation, evidence based practice and holistic care. The programme consists of six one hour sessions over a three month period.

Had a wonderful first time visiting Reach. Laura was the one helping me with my back pain problem and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed while she treated me. We had a lovely chat throughout the whole session which really helped me relax and not focus too much on the pain. The place had a great atmosphere overall and bonus - there was the most adorable dog there who loved belly rubs. Highly recommend Reach!

I had a fantastic experience at Reach Physiotherapy with Antony. He put me at ease and helped me recover from a very painful ankle injury. Setting weekly exercises, which helped in between sessions, he was always on hand to offer advice and support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his treatments. It’s a beautiful studio setting too!

A lovely space which has been thoughtfully decorated, I've attended both the pilates (they offer floor and reformer classes) and yoga classes here, both of which are great. Classes are taught in smaller numbers which means you get plenty of attention from the instructors, I'd recommend trying the classes. I've seen a good number of beginners come to classes and really benefit from the teaching here, I think it's a great, safe environment to learn. The space itself is calm and soothing and the teachers are very knowledgeable. My favourite is the morning yoga classes which I really love, it's a great
