Services
Common back and neck pain can include sciatica, headaches, radiating arm and leg pain, general stiffness from prolonged sitting. When starting your treatment, Penny will firstly assess your posture, looking for any muscle imbalance or irregularities. Treatment will then involve looking at the movements of the spine looking for any restrictions, muscle imbalance and the quality of movement.
