I ordered a personalised gift. It was delivered on Saturday but not to me. Royal Mail have confirmed that Letterfest have put the wrong house number on it. You can’t talk to anyone. I’ve had one communication asking me to confirm my address. Then another email telling me to order it again. Why should I order another one when I’ve lost £46 for one that I haven’t received. They don’t answer phones or respond to emails live chats or tweets. Appalling

This is a truly a beautiful gift to be able to give. It’s fair to say I was anxious about it reading how we wanted it to. But there was no need to, after emails back and forth 1/2 times our minds were more at ease. When our book arrived we were both teary.... it was beautifully written using our words in places. During these unprecedented times and not being able to see our new grandson this book made a beautiful gift for him to keep for ever..... thank you .

Ordered a father's day book for my husband of Superdad, easy ordering service, great quality and promptly delivered even in these crazy times. I had to make a small change after order and emailed the next morning when I realised the error and had a quick response that it was no trouble to change as it hadn't yet gone to print. Amazing gift for our first Anniversary, watercolour hand sketched picture of wedding venue.
On arrival unfortunately the glass had broken,I'd changed my mind on frame also and letterfest were happy to send out a replacement free of charge and get it to me in time for the date.

Highly recommend. I ordered a personalised 'Forget Me Not' terracotta pot and contacted Letterfest to make a special request with regards to the personalisation. They were extremely professional and helpful and willing to accommodate my request. They were just so lovely and kind and really went above and beyond.
