CMP are qualified chartered quantity surveyors, project managers and registered CDM Coordinators. Working to achieve success for those whose business involves construction. CMP provides a professional service to maximise investment return for construction at the forefront of high volume partnering arrangements.
Individual schemes vary in complexity and nature and range from refurbishing a Surestart Nursery to building an Underground House, a New School or Hospital. Wing. Projects typically range from 50,000 to 25 million in value. Our services are used on new build projects and refurbishments including historic buildings with Grade one, and Grade two listings as well as light industrial.
