I have been using Emanuelle at Direct Payroll Services for a few years now. My old accountant was retiring and I was a bit reluctant at first to use "a payroll company" rather than a payroll department within a firm of accountants. Well, absolutely no regrets - I have been so pleased with the quality service I receive. He is quick at responding, always happy to give advice and explanations, he turns around our payroll quickly - I would have no hesitation in recommending Direct Payroll Services .

We outsourced our payroll to Direct Payroll Services in 2016 and since taking on the service Emanuele and his team have been excellent providing a very efficient, professional and smooth service. Since appointing them they have also set up and now manage our auto-enrolment staff pension scheme. I would certainly recommend them.
