Leo's Property Development is based in Congleton, Cheshire and provides building services in and around the North West of England. All our employees are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services) checked so that our customers can have peace of mind. Our team are polite and courteous and respect their environment, working as cleanly and quietly as possible to keep any disruption to a minimum.

We quality check every building project and make sure you're 100% happy with the work we have delivered before we leave any job. Our in-house cleaners will complete a thorough clean up at no extra charge. We can project manage a whole range of building work from new builds to fixing your new kitchen.

Very personable and professional service. Punctual and tidy and made the job very easy on our side. Completed our work in within a few weeks at short notice and came to view for the quote at a time that was convenient for us. Would definitely recommend to friends for any building work.
