The company is based in Poynton, which serves as an excellent base as many of our projects are in the local area. Abode's brand is evident throughout all our builds, and our reputation for building with no expense spared is constantly expanding.

Finishing the interior of a home is unique to the owner, and our property designs allow you to finish your home to your own tastes. Many of our developments allow the new owner choice of paint colour, floor coverings and kitchen colours, so your new property can be individual to you.
Delighted to have gained planning permission for two units in Higher Poynton at @CheshireEast first virtual planning committee today! The contractors on site are loving this dry weather- as our we- huge progress being made at The Paddock. We love this stage of the build, it all suddenly comes together and the building.

Myself and my partner completed a purchase on a property from Abode back in September 2020.
The team were very accommodating throughout the buying process, allowing us to make various changes to the standard specification even though late in the build and were fair on the costs in comparison to other new build developers we have worked with before.
Perhaps the most positive aspect was the aftercare, where Abode have promptly fixed issues that have been identified (as you will always get in a house build), with a particular shout-out to the site-manager Shaun who has gone out of his way multiple

We recently bought a house built by Abode and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We were able to customise elements of the house during the build process meaning we now have the perfect family home for us.
The house is finished to a high spec with great attention to detail. Jason, Chris and the team at Abode have done a fantastic job.
