This is most not professional and poor quality property agency I know. I showed my current account with few hundred and the lady called Jady said I can’t afford the rent in the future that my income is 110k per year. I told her my money is in my saving account and she still refused my application.
The thing really piss me off is she did not refund my deposit which is she refused my application.
Strongly strongly not recommend.

We have dealt with LPC Living since 2014 and I would like to advise how brilliant they are as a company to deal with, Paula and Sarah are fantastic and are always there to offer any assistance. They are always happy to help and are so easy to deal with, we do hear a lot of praise from tenants and other contractors who have dealings with them and would highly recommend.

I have worked for lpcliving for a few years and have found them to be a good employer. Whenever I have brought any problems to their attention, Paula, who I liased with, would always take on board my concerns and attend to the situation in a professional manner. Ricky, in the accounts department, was always available to speak to aswell. Conversations are always polite and courteous and matters resolved quickly.

We have dealt with the property management side of the company for 3 years now and they have been nothing short of fantastic. Paula has dealt with all questions, queries and maitanance jobs that flag up promptly and professionally. They keep our building and grounds in great order and we feel like they really listen and consider our needs.

If you are considering renting a property through LPC Living Limited (either their own property via LPC's lettings arm, Abode Residential, or with LPC Living acting as management company for one of their many, highly questionable offshore landlord chums), then I would urge you to think very carefully before taking the leap. They may try to hook you in by using another local letting agent, only for you to find out that LPC Living is behind it a bit further down the line when you've paid the extortionate fees, etc. Please be warned!

Terrible company to rent from. To start with, they charge £300 as letting fee. In comparison to other real estate, that's a lot! I told the lady right from the start I was only looking for a 6 months contract and she never objected to it until after I had paid the letting fee thereby, roping me into a one year contract and they blatantly refused to refund my £300. On the move in day, I got my keys to find that both kitchen and bathroom were unclean despite LPC telling me the apartment was thoroughly cleaned by a professional.

Terrible customer service - When issues arise it's almost like talking to the computer says no woman. Literally they quote the terms and conditions to you, 'Up to 14 days'.... and when you ask if they can be more specific in terms of time scales you're told they don't have the 'time' to look into that for you. Such a poor company for customer service and for property repairs. Would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff at LPC. Always helpful and kind. Any issues have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. My apartment in Gladwin Place is beautiful compared to other areas and their properties are a lot cheaper and built to a better standard! I should know, I've rented in Salford for a good few years. Have loved every second of renting with LPC. Also don't have to give up an arm and a leg paying for references compared to agents in the area. Never had a better landlord.
