The architecturally extravagant buildings of St James' Hospital have been part of the Portsmouth landscape since 1879. Built originally as an asylum they were requisitioned for military use during the first World War and when the National Health Service was formed in 1948 became part of its estate.
The P J Livesey Group Head offices are located in close proximity to the Trafford Centre shopping facility easily accessed from Junction 10 of the M60 Motorway network. Shame on P J Livesey. Trying to wriggle out of your responsibilities to the leaseholders at Read Mill in Norwich. The cladding failed the inspection and you need to replace it. The building is 14m high at the base of the slab at the top. Meanwhile the leaseholders are paying £100 a month extra in their insurance and can't sell their properties. It was alright when we built it won't wash. Maybe you can try that tactic with Mr Gove as well.

Very professional company, house was ready on time and the design is very user friendly and stylish. We had the inevitable teething problems upon moving in, but they were all tweaked promptly by experienced and super helpful staff. Brittany Pattern offered great communication throughout the process.

It's refreshing to have such a reputable company of this size sourcing local sub contractors.
Theres a real feeling of mutual respect on site. Members of the board will often stop and chat and its reflected in the quality of work produced.
As always, it's a pleasure to work alongside a developer that shares our passion for detail.''

Purchased my forever home from PJ Livesey, Storeton Hall, Wirral and could not be happier. Great company to deal with, communication at all times superb. Ryan has been attentive all the way through my purchase. Cannot wait for the site to be completely finished, the Hall itself, which I believe dates from the 14the Century and is being restored to its former glory. Beautiful development in green open space and yet near enough to all the amenities you want. Highly recommended.

Beautiful on the outside....Don't be fooled!
Endless major problems including 114 window panes all scratched severely finally replaced taking 6 months to do so. No trap fitted to the Filter Unit so inhaling soil pipes. Lies but I have recordings. 2 years of endless problems. This company have no morals and a huge lack customer care. A solicitor is now on the case so there will be more to come I assure you. Court is our direction as it needs to be heard how they are treating customers. Wheres the Facebook page? There isn't one of course.
My advise if you buy, employ a snagging company. Essential

We regularly visit the Historic Quarter at Alderley Park where my sister and her partner live in a gorgeous PJ Livesey built home. We love the surrounding area greenery and walking paths available, we always go towards the gorgeous lake. Whenever I see the P J Livesey team, they are always so lovely and professional.

Company developing the 'St James Park' area in Didsbury, Manchester.
I saw their contractors slopping cement on the public road transported in old open bathtubs on the front of their tractor to their other worksite.
The site manager (kindly posing for us in one of the photos - he complained about my attitude...) did take steps to clean the road immediately - though some crude language was hurled in my direction by the driver of the tractor when he passed; I need to get a F'ing Life, apparently.
I sent these photos to PJ Livesey as they asked for, but they did not respond for comment in 2 weeks
