I am a small business selling home made and freshly baked high quality cakes to individual members of the public and other businesses alike. Set up initially in Hackney in 1989 to supply the cafe in The Photographers' Gallery, Central London, I have since expanded, mostly through word of mouth, and now bake for various other cafes and shops in the South-East as well as individual customers.
All the cakes are hand made with local free-range eggs from Far Acre Farm in Kent, and my recipes have been tweaked and tuned over the years to ensure maximum deliciousness! Most of the cakes have a shelf life of 3 to 4 days once unwrapped, with some lasting a lot longer, and they also freeze very well.
