Based in Grays, Essex I have always had a passion for food. I worked as a chef for many years, before taking a break and working in an office. Fitting in cakes and office work was taking its toll, so I braved up, took the leap and finally set up my own business, creating cakes, bakes and other culinary delights.
I am passionate about my work and have collected a wide range of photos for you to view. Sometimes clients have a good idea of what they want. Whether it is something based on a cake they have already seen, or a sketch drawn on paper. Sam was great with the theme of our wedding cake , her cake flavour are amazing, we loved the little tasting box we was sent ,we choose her lemon and raspberry, oreo and salted caramel chocolate . all of them was so delicious. the attention to details was amazing. from the webbing with little spiders to the shadowing on the pumpkin and autumn leaves. amazing work and a beautiful cake. x
