Plum Personnel are fantastic, their approach is personable, empathetic and very 'human.' The whole team really care and do their upmost to ensure a good fit between clients and candidates. Staff are warm and friendly, they help you focus on what you want and need rather than what is available. The online training is excellent, even if you are competent it enables you to have the confidence to say exactly what level you are.
