We are a family ski holiday specialist and the only in-chalet childcare operator that proves skiing with children can be an enjoyable experience for everyone; with no need to compromise on the quality of your resort or accommodation. A combination of high quality childcare and carefully chosen catered family ski chalets in superb locations means guests have a fantastic family ski holiday with children whatever their age.

We manage 15 chalets in three French alpine resorts: Les Gets (Portes du Soleil), La Plagne (Paradiski) and Les Menuires (3 Valleys). We will provide comprehensive training at the beginning of the season to ensure you make the most of your time in the mountains.
Our optional La Carte Childcare is provided in the comfort of your own chalet 6 days a week by our childcare staff, nannies and Monty the Marmot. Our team create a welcoming 'home away from home' atmosphere the whole family will love. Our childcare services take place in the ski chalet you stay in, not a large impersonal crche.
Les Bruyeres is one of the picturesque 'Belle-Menuires' satellite resorts situated beside the slopes of Les Menuires. It enjoys a fantastic 3 Valleys location with lots of facilities of it's own. Reberty 2000 provides an unrivalled base from which to explore the 3 Valleys. Our three family chalets are all within a few minutes' walk to the piste and main ski school meeting point.
Les Bruyeres offers excellent high altitude skiing, easy access to the pistes of the 3 Valleys and a range of slopes that cater to all skiing abilities. Situated just below our Reberty 2000 properties, our Les Bruyeres chalets enjoy a convenient location and spectacular views.
Les Bruyeres is the perfect base for groups of mixed ability skiers including one or two members keen to challenge themselves in terms of either kilometres covered or the technique required for a bit of "steep and deep".We believe there are few better locations from which to explore the 3 Valleys. Couple this with truly luxurious family chalets and you have the perfect recipe for a fun and relaxing family skiing holiday.

We seem to have had a similar experience to many. Had a family package ski holiday booked (booked under Coackley), it was cancelled & the company claimed ‘frustration’ & withheld significant funds. We took them to the Small Claims Court & the court awarded us a full refund under the PTR provisions & costs & interest.

WARNING: Do not book with Ski Famille, they have strung their customers out over refunds relating to the Covid-19 pandemic and left many people out of pocket whilst not honouring their obligations under the Package Travel Regulations. They do not honour the cover they offer.

I have now had 3 ski holidays with Ski Famille and I can only massively recommend them to any families with younger children.
As a keen skier before we had children, I had assumed that ski holidays were going to be a thing of the past until the kids were a lot older, or if we did go it would mean only getting the odd hour of skiing in over the week.
The reality with Ski Famille is totally different from this. The chalets are all well appointed and easy for the whole family to settle in to and relax in. The chalet staff have on all three occasions totally exceeded expectations and looked after

We joined our family who had booked a skiing holiday with their two boys and a baby. As grand-parents we didn't officially need nannying but what a treat to be so well looked after. The ski famille staff in our chalet in Reberty were beyond wonderful. The food was amazing and they were always happy to help as well as carrying out their housekeeping chalet duties. Our grand daughters nanny who was on duty from 9 to 5 every day was delightful and the baby really liked her. I would thoroughly recommend Ski Famille to families with all ages of children.
