Returning to sports after months off with an injury/physiotherapy was a little scary to think about. Sargent Fitness coaches scaled down any of the exercises until I felt ready to do them.
Sargent offers HIIT & weights-based workouts that change daily, with rotating muscle groups targeted throughout the week. The atmosphere the coaches create is Fun - it attracts a great community of regulars- welcoming to newcomers and motivational to work out alongside. A great decision to join!

I've previously joined most of the bigger local gyms and quit not long after. Not really knowing what to do and not seeing any results I'd just get bored! I've been at SF for 6 months now and consistently going 3-6 times a week. The workouts are different everyday and there are several slots mornings and evenings. Jack and Rachel make the classes really fun, they know all of the members and make sure you get the best out of the workouts for your ability. Highly recommend to anyone regardless of fitness level to give it a try!

After years spent starting and stopping training, losing interest and motivation - me and my fiancee joined Sargent Fitness to get in shape for our wedding. We've been going for 3 months and are in the best shape of our lives. Literally just turn up, work hard and results are guaranteed.

After being a gym goer for a number of years at several local gyms, I joined Sargent Fitness a few months ago and in a short space of time, I have seen more results and have felt consistently more motivated than at any of the other previous gyms. The team push you and support you in every session so you never walk away without dripping with sweat. A great gym for those wanting to achieve results!
