Costa Del Paradise is a family run business selling Mobile Homes, Static Homes, Park Homes & Caravans in Spain. We started the company by having first hand experience of purchasing a home ourselves in Spain. We felt the need for a company who could offer clients a friendly, personal, no pressure approach.

There are different ways you can visit the parks and we have a dedicated team in Spain to make sure you are well looked after. Our staff have all purchased mobile homes in Spain before, so they can answer all your questions about the park, the lifestyle and generally living in Spain. We design the trip around you.
We are now also offering a personal live video viewing. Anybody who wishing to view any of the homes for sale at Guardamar Park or would like to look at the plots available for new homes we can book a video call with Sue. We will need to know which homes you would like to see or if you would like to have a look at the plots and the park just let us know and we can book a date and time for your video call.
There are different ways to come and visit the Parks in the Antequera Region and Costa Del Paradise are happy to do whatever suits you best. We have 2 lovely ladies called Lin & Wendy who live in the area and have a wealth of knowledge in the mobile home industry. Lin & Wendy have been working with Costa Del Paradise for over 10 years.

Wow what a great service bought my static home on la vina park Spain so quick. Cannot fault the service I received during these difficult times. Staff especially Kirsty in the Bradford office were so polite and caring answering all my questions and with total honesty. As for Lin and Wendy what a great pair met them last year when my sister bought her van and both professional and comical too which is needed to put people at ease. Thank you everyone now has am going to enjoy my retirement in sunny Spain xx

After booking a year in advance for a viewing on a costa del paradise site we were messed around for weeks before we flew out.
In the end we decided we couldn’t trust these people with our cash and cancelled the trip with them.
The level of customer care from head office is about a zero.
We brought from a proper estate agents in the end who couldn’t do more to help us find the perfect home and site.

From the first visit to the road show in Blackpool, to actually moving in on the 2nd of Jan 2020 .The purchase and subsequent delivery of our new home to Isla Cristina on the Costa del Luz, was done without any… problems which is all thanks to the fab team in UK and Rob and Suzi on the ground here in Spain. Much thanks to Wendy and Lin for a fantastic experience when visiting Spain From pick up to drop off everything was perfect. We were taken on a trip around the village of Mollina where everything was pointed out to us and then onto the visits to the parks we were interested in. They answered every question thoroughly and took us back to one park for another look around which was much appreciated as Wendy was scheduled for an operation that day. Can not recommend enough and are looking forward to starting our new adventure in the sun thanks to them

Wendy & Lin showed us round a few sites and homes yesterday. They were very friendly and informative. They gave us some really good advice. They showed us our perfect home which we are buying. We feel like we've made two new friends and will certainly be having them round for a drink when we move in. Excellent and highly recommend them.
