Grassington Lodge offers stylish and luxurious accommodation in a quiet setting close to the centre of Grassington, the capital village of Upper Wharfedale. Guests will experience first class hospitality and a friendly service. Lying on the edge of the River Wharfe in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
On our Online booking page, reference to 'Flexible' means it can either be a 6' bed or split into 2 x 3' beds as a twin. 10 Ha'apai, Tongaitshas recently been included in the top 3 regions in the World to visit. The Tour de France 2014 passed through less than a mile away from Grassington - what a coup!
We have a minimum 2-night stay for bookings which include a Saturday (during busy periods), although single weekend nights may be available at short notice. At quieter times, Saturday nights maybe available for booking in advance at a supplement of 10. Please note that for Bank Holiday weekends we MAY only offer a minimum of 3 night bookings.
Grassington Lodge is 12 bedroom guest house located in a quiet setting close to the centre of Grassington. Built in 1898 there are some features which might make access difficult for people with limited mobility. The guest house is accessed by climbing 3 steps to the front door. We have 1 room only on ground level, 7 rooms at first-floor level and 2 rooms at second-floor level.
The Vendale rooms are located in a separate building about 20 yards from the main house and are spacious, light and airy. Spacious with a 6' super-king size bed (which can be split into twin beds upon request), sitting area, large TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The room has a fridge in which fresh milk and complimentary mineral water are provided each day.

Quiet and secluded in picture postcard village. Superb clean and bright accommodation. Great breakfast especially the exercise pre and post the porridge! The walled alley walk is fun to the Devonshire pub. Good internet and most importantly quiet for a good nights sleep. The staff are helpful and friendly and the owners step up to the plate to help with queries!

Loved staying here, was an absolute delight. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and made our stay here really easy and enjoyable. Rooms were fantastic - spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a good size, with lots of nice luxurious touches. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms over a weekend and both were superb. Also, there was clearly a lot of care taken to be very 'covid-safe' at all points, which was very reassuring. Breakfast being included was really helpful and it was no problem to cater for vegan diets, which was great. It's the perfect base for exploring Grassington
