Fantastic door to door, efficient and personable service. We travelled from home to Centerparcs and return. Our driver, Matthew was excellent, even negotiating the confusing woodland paths around the treehouses! Would not hesitate to recommend for business or pleasure.

We booked a large vehicle to take 7 people to and from Gatwick Airport for our summer holidays. Having not used them before, we were a little concerned that any problems would spoil the holiday. We need not have worried, from the initial information request, Nick and the team were excellent with their communication. Even with a 4:50 am start for the trip down, everything was fine. We had a text from the driver the day before and received updates on the day until he pulled up at the door.

Aura Journeys have been part of our travel plans for the last 3 years. The service is excellent - beautiful, clean, comfortable cars and excellent drivers who will do everything they can to make the experience pleasurable. The communication from booking through to the journey itself is fast and easy. I just wish there more more occasions where I would have an excuse to be driven in such style and luxury. Aura Journeys have become an essential part of my travel plans, they have never let me down and I have been using them for several years. The service provided by Aura is outstanding and truely reliable. They are always on time, I have never been late for a flight and when returning it is reassuring to know that they will always be ready and waiting in Arrivals.
