A fantastic service provided by Shane from start to finish. He was reliable, punctual and vey helpful/friendly. I will be using his services again without any hesitation. The vehicle was in an immaculate condition and very clean inside. I cannot fault this service in any way as I was provided with a five plus star service. The complimentary milk and bread was very handy as we returned back very late. To sum up a brilliant service and Shane you were very helpful and reliable. First time using Shane's company, and I cannot fault them. Shane provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. There was no need to say much as all expectations were met & beyond. Our family of 5 used Shane Marlow's airport transfer service on March 21st 2021 (Aerolink Leicester). We arrived after an 18 hour journey from the Caribbean via Miami feeling exhausted and he was very attentive, keen and willing to assist us the moment we arrived until we got to our destination 100 miles away. He pushed our luggage, assisted with our 3 young children, was very polite, had water and phone chargers ready for us in the bus, which I must add was immaculate and quite comfortable. Mr. Marlow was a true professional, reasonably priced and a gentleman. Looking forward to using his services

Fantastic service we have used other tax
i company's in the past and they have not been good enough we have to chase them and even had to give directions from the airport but Aerolink have been fabulous even gave us bread and milk on our way home in case we needed a cup of tea and toast will be using these every time from now on

We used aerolink coastal travel to take 8 passengers to the seaside the driver Shane was a complete gentleman he picked us up on time and provided us with free hand sanitizer and free face masks for our journey would highly recommend this company for everyone who wants to travel in style they also cover all UK airports and long distance journeys, well definitely be using from now on fantastic company 😀 👍.

Brilliant service from the first phone call to safely driving us home after our holiday. Cars are immaculate, bottle of water supplied free for each passenger, phone chargers available to use. Prompt collection both ways too. The elite of airport transfers by a long way and extremely competitive price. Top that off with free loaf of bread and 2 pints of milk as we returned in the early hours! You'll always have our business from now on, just superb. Thank you

Thank you Shane for your service, the pick up from my house for the outbound journey to airport was very smooth, I asked a time to be picked up and he was 15mins early. Very efficient and smooth drive to airport. Likewise the return journey, when I was returning back to U.K., as soon I turned my phone on I received a call from the driver that he was waiting inside the airport for us. As soon we picked our bags he was there to greet us. We came home safely with no issues. Arrived home in a comfortable car and had assistance for myself getting in and out of the car. I would like to say thank you
