I bought a second hand Kawasaki mule from Raymond in September 21. I had a breakdown in January 22, where a ball joint had come loose and failed. It was recovered from the roadside, repaired and delivered back home, all covered under warranty.
Iv had much worse service from main dealers with brand new vehicles.
Great company, with honest integrity throughout.
