Select a Program* Tiger Tots (Ages 3 - 4) Wee Warriors (P1 - P2) Kuk Sool Kids (P3 - P7) Youth Class (Ages 12 - 17) Adult Martial Arts. Standard rates may apply. You can reply HELP at anytime or learn more. You may opt-out anytime by replying STOP. Best thing I've done! Walked through the doors into a hiit session followed by a thorough introduction to initial moves and breakfalls.
It was the humour and welcoming atmosphere that made me return. I've never looked back! This dojang is well run with a strong focus on respect, commitment and teamwork. All of which blend into everyday life. SBN Craig and PSBN Tammy run a tight ship with a fab Kuk Sool family on board. I always wanted to try a martial art, but the training environment for some disciplines are so intimidating and really put me off.

When I was told by my sons school they couldn’t do anything about him getting thrown to the ground and kicked in the face, I decided we (my husband and i) needed to do something so he could protect himself from that happening again. My friends son had not long started Kuk Sool and she recommended it to me. It took us four weeks of sitting outside… to get him to even walk in the door. But he did and the instructors could not have done more to be encouraging and supportive to him.
Little brother started too, our reasoning for him was different - a kid full of energy that couldn&rsquo

5 years ago my son asked to start Kuk Sool Won – his friend from nursery was doing this martial art and he wanted to go along and try. I took him along for a trial class and my daughter decided that she would like to try the class too. Well after the first class they both loved it and they were hooked. No class is ever the same and each week… they would learn different parts of Kuk Sool Won syllabus – techniques, forms, self defence skills, weapons and sparring drills.
After 6 months of them having fun and learning new things I decided to take the plunge too and enrolled in the

Cali had an absolute ball at Summer Sool what a week, unbelievable how much you guys managed to fit in to entertain all those kids Archery, board breaking, assault course, ceramic cafe, nerf guns, fort building, team building, acro balancing, form, sparring, t shirt designing etc and topped it off with an amazing demonstration for us parents. Thank you so much to all of the Kuk Sool team-would highly recommend and hope Cali can do it all again in the future. You guys all deserve a medal (or even a wine)
