I am now offering live exercise training classes in the comfort and safety of your own home, The live exercise class starts at 7:30 am GMT Monday to Saturday and will be broadcasted via a private facebook group that you will be invited to when you join us. You can join us live or participate at your leisure at a time that suits you to exercise.
