I am supposed to be switching to bonline on the 22nd of January. However bonline have taken over my phone number on the 14th of January. So now I have no internet for my business for the next 8 days? Also the guy on the phone messed up my order and looking at my invoice has signed me up for things I didn't need. I tried to call them today (Saturday) amd got an answer phone message that they don't do business on weekends. I am going to try and cancel this disastrous switch.

I finally got bonline on the 24th of January, but to add insult to injury they sent a faulty router (xyxel junk)

Voip phone service has been down and therefore cannot make or receive business calls, which is obviously affecting my business. waited 30 mins to get connected, once i did the advisor cut me off straight away. you can imagine how frustrated i was. still not been sorted. they say a company is truly tested when their services are down and most including these have failed poorly

Since August last year my phone service has been patchy. In the last few weeks it has become unusable. Calls in or out do not connect and on the rare occasion they do, we are cut off mid conversation. Our broadband and wifi works well.
I have made numerous phone calls to the "customer service" number using my mobile. I have managed to speak to a person on only 2 occasions. They have transferred me. No-one picks up the phone.
I have been promised a return phone call to go through router checks with them. They don't phone back.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have received! Raymond was an absolute legend and great to chat with. His communication and persistence in solving all my issues was 100%. Not only did he carry a huge amount of patience but he also made it his goal to fix and answer all my queries. Overall, I have been with bonline for just over a year and I can say I would highly recommend them and will continue doing business with this fab company! 5 stars all round from me :)

We tried - soft phone system. For some reason system wasn't working properly and we missed our cooling off period. Anyway, bOnline waived all cancelations fees even when we change the provider. Many thanks to Su for resolving the cancelation process without any extra cost for us!
A believe that in the future we would consider joining them back if our current provider will let us down.

Signed up to a 30 day free trail then received a call from the Sales Team. Despite me stating that I do not want a contract, they proceeded to invoice and sent me an email saying that I had verbally accepted a 12 month contract. To cancel I had to call and speak to someone but even then they refused to send confirmation that the contract was cancelled. Please be extremely careful when signing up to the 30 day free trial.

Would have recommended but not anymore.
Over the space of a year - this company has plummeted on customer service and quality.
Since an upgrade happening without communication (although a call was scheduled they failed to call on supplied number in request and totally knocked us offline without permission) - we have had issues with our platform for over 3 weeks. They cannot fix their own platform.
Says it is working there end - no way to validate. Send screen recordings our end showing it’s not - not interested. No sympathy. Got our numbers mixed up and had customers accuse us of fraud and
