A formal Option Agreement has now been Exchanged with Harrow Estates Plc, a Redrow subsidiary, with whom we will be working on the Liphook project. The land forms part of the proposal to the West of Liphook, which will provide up to 600 new homes, a new link road, medical centre, sports pitches, station car parking, on site SANGS, community allotments and commercial business opportunities.

Through a Charitable Trust we set up ten years ago, along with Smedvig Capital, we identified, designed and have been promoting the construction of a new covered pedestrian footbridge over the River Thames. It is on the site of an old public footbridge, on the upstream side of Railtrack's Cannon Street Railway Bridge, which currently runs between Cannon Street and London Bridge stations.
