With a Help to Buy: Equity Loan the Government lends you up to 20% of the cost of your newly built home, so you'll only need a 5% cash deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest. There will be no fees on the 20% loan from the government for 5 years. It is available for first-time buyers and exisiting homeowners for homes up to the value 600,000.

We bought a Belgrave Home back in 2017 and we couldn't be more happy with it! From the initial show around to the after care we received, it was nothing short of amazing. The quality of the homes are excellent and the rooms are very spacious, which isn't the case with a lot of other new builds. We had a couple of snagging issues when we moved in and they were dealt with promptly and easily. 5* developer! If Belgrave Homes had a development in the location we are moving to next, we would without a doubt love to buy another one of their homes! We love our home and it has brought us so many happy
