Small company who have built a fairly good house. The issue is when you have small issues to deal with such as windows and snagging. Constantly having to chase their subcontractors as once you have completed Forays palm you off directly with their subcontractors for any issues. After care needs ownership, I bought the house from Forays so it should be Forays I’m dealing with post sale. Not small subcontractors who aren’t that interested in getting anything resolved or appear helpless if they themselves are ignored by their contractors.

I have dealt with Forays for a number of years now and can safely say they are one of the most professional property companies I have encountered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Forays if you are looking to purchase a new home or own a property/site with development potential. Roger and Arran are extremely approachable and always fair in the way they conduct their business.....a real breath of fresh air !
