Ballymore Hayes
Historic Dublin home of Ireland's most celebrated brand aims to become city's first zero carbon district. Family fun, live music, street food and cocktails are on the menu to celebrate the launch of Riverscape, Ballymore & Oxley's new riverside neighbourhood in the making. A Scandi design influence, traditional construction approaches and 'wild' landscaping have all gone into making Dublin Landings.

Dragons at The Docks is raising funds for Irish charities with a very special competition this year. Union Investment's first acquisition in Ireland's residential sector is Royal Canal Park's 8th Lock. New bar and dining options open and favourites return at Embassy Gardens, London City Island and Royal Wharf.
Services
Ballymore is a developer with vast and varied experience, acknowledged as pioneers of some of Europe's largest regeneration projects. Today, we remain owned and managed by the Mulryan family. Chairman and Group Chief Executive Sean Mulryan founded the business with his wife Bernardine Mulryan, in Ireland, in 1982.
We're powered by our people - it's what makes Ballymore, Ballymore. This ethos is only possible because of our people, who work as one team to constantly and consistently deliver developments to which we are proud to put our name. These qualities are at the heart of the company and that's what makes partners, clients, occupiers and investors want to do business with us time and again.

They still up for building mass block of flats with just one stair well making Glenfield look small. This business only care about there over priced suits and not safety of leaseholders.
They removed the plans but can you trust them. Full of johnsonism at Broad level.

1 star is too many. Run away service charges, no accountability, slow, but plenty of legal threats. It's hard to put into words how bad this experience was. Useful FT article on this. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

Makes me laugh that Simon Pratt an MD is so sad that has to like him own page to try hide short comings of business that he runs.
He should take some ownership for once in his life. And do his job the buck stops with him.
It's time for actions not empty management buzzwords from the text book.

Do not touch any of these builders who have carried out poor, shoddy, workmanship and then refused to correct it, leaving leaseholders to pay. Corruption is endemic throughout the building industry and backed by the government . Cannot be trusted. They continue to make billions whilst leaving a string of poor buildings behind them.

I tried a number of times to through to credit control team on property management side and getting no reply. Only thing I get is passive aggressive emails that the credit controller can't be bothered to call back which is so unprofessional. It is like the she to scared to pickup the phone and talk to us leaseholders. I don't know what her boss is playing at .just shows they don't care as long as they walk around thinking they own the place.
I say don't pay a property managed by this company as they bang on about customer service but act on what they say.

My partner lives in High Point Village development and says that this property developer charges extortionate maintenance prices for its leasehold properties, something that a recent Financial Times investigation confirmed. Do yourselves a favour and thoroughly research this developer and their offering before entering a contract that you may end up regretting.

Loving the article in the financial times 13 March 2021 about this company. Their service charges go up 20% per year. So you’re stuck paying 2 mortgages......one for the property and one for the charges....
Then they don’t even make the repairs 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔🤔🤔
One to avoid.....you’ve been warned......

It was very easy to move in considering I have two large dogs but the area is very pet friendly! The concierge at royal wharf is top-notch! I hope they get paid well because they are great!!

Build quality: ok but could be better.
Management report: 3 years lagging I heard.
Communications during completion: very poor. Everything through the solicitor they recommended that probably acted for them than for you.
Solicitor they recommended: expensive. My mortgage advisor told me after discounting the £2k incentive (£2k off the solicitor fee they said to make you put deposit), they are charging more expensive than the next most expensive solicitor on the market. I’ll post it for you to judge. Also I never once spoke to the solicitor over the phone. All over email. Ok I lied, I called
