The Wuthering Heights
Set in the farming village of Stanbury on the circular Bronte Walk to Top Withins and the Bronte Falls and overlooking the Worth Valley we enjoy unrivalled views which can be enjoyed to the full from our beer garden in fine weather or you can stay warm beside our log stoves when it turns chilly.

The pub retains the feel of a traditional village local and is a hub for locals and visitors alike providing a warm welcome, a wealth of local information, hearty home cooked food and great cask ale.Our spectacular rural views can now be enjoyed from our new campsite. This secluded field behind the pub is perfect for couples, small groups and solo walkers.
Services
Our menus reflect the excellent local produce that we are lucky enough to enjoy here in Yorkshire; we like to support local businesses too and so we source as many of our ingredients as we can from small, independant, local suppliers. The result is a selection of dishes which celebrate all that is great about traditional British pub grub while incorporating lots of great flavours from Europe and beyond.
We pride ourselves on running an excellent cellar and have been awarded a Cask Marque in recognition of our commitment to superb cask ale; we are also listed in the Good Beer Guide for the 6th year running.

We serve a range of real ales; permanently featured are Theakstons Best Bitter and Moorhouses White Witch to reflect our location on the border of Yorkshire and Lancashire, plus two other frequently changing guest ales from a huge selection of local breweries. Also available are a full range of draught and bottled lagers and ciders.
Our campsite nestles in a secluded position behind the pub and enjoys spectacular views across the Worth Valley. It is ideally positioned for walkers just off the Pennine Way, Bronte Way and Milleneum Way. However you don't need to be a serious walker to get out and enjoy the stunning Bronte Moors, a 45 minute walk will take you to Top Withins, the purported inspiration for Wuthering Heights.
Every Thursday we host the fairly legendary Billy's Bingo, Play Your Cards Right and Quiz. It's probably the most fun you can have on a Thursday evening with your clothes on! Kicking off at 9pm you have a free to enter quiz with a picture round and 25 general knowledge questions. After supper try your luck with prize bingo and play your cards right.

Food was great, staff were friendly and fun, got a large table booked in at little or no notice. Weather was great, snow and cold, kept warm by the log fire and good people.

What a fabulous pub! Good food and a well kept pint of Old Peculiar. My husband said "It was a fine pint".....praise indeed as he was a Health and safety manager who visited many a pub!

Lovely village pub, nice location, 2 great, friendly and helpful bar staff on 17/09/21 at around 15:30 when we were there. Slight hiccup when drink we wanted had run out but young man behind bar recommended a Thatchers we hadn't tried and it turns out we preferred it so we'll take that as a positive not a negative. Also another member of staff, a lovely young lady, recommended the best way into Haworth and as we were walking we could see how much better said route was so saved us some time and energy. Totally recommend this pub to all and the camping looks fantastic too, great views so that will

Love this pub and delicious food but the app to order was a let down. Thank goodness we are able to oder at the bar now. Great camp site with amazing views and best facilities I've come across. Just be warned of the 30 steps! But there is a little detour to avoid them 9/10
