Live events have had to evolve to meet the new challenges that 2020 has presented, meaning Virtual Solutions have become more important than ever. In this new landscape innovative Virtual and Hybrid Events have rapidly come to form the backbone of good communication strategy; enabling companies to connect people, get their message across and achieve their event goals.
Our virtual packages offer solutions for up to 1000 online attendees. The streaming process is in HD and professionally managed to ensure stability and reliability. We have three virtual conference solutions depending on features, branding requirements and budgets.
All of these solutions allow us to send out links to a maximum of 4 concurrent presenters where they can share slides, and content and be mixed by our vision operator out onto the stream.The advantage of our managed packages is we can have multiple visual presenters together for panel discussions and place presenters over the top of slides rather than a standard gallery view.

We opted to stream this event securely via a web link from the charity website to ensure easy navigation and traffic to other website areas. As the event was streamed we elected to offer a Twitter video wall into the Awards Evening so guests could interact live with commentary. The video content was pre-recorded and we supported the charity to edit this prior to the event and ensure a seamless transition.

We recently worked on an event in Central London with Ex Events. David was our main contact and I can't praise his communication and professionalism enough. What an amazing company
We had the pleasure of David running our wedding reception on London last weekend. As we got married abroad and now live abroad we really need the support.
David was so good with all my changes or crazy ideas :-) he found us an epic venue, and we had him there on the day. Flow is so important at a party and the professionals know all the little things to keep the party going.
He was a life saver!
We had an incredible day so thank you so much to Ex Events and especially David for helping us give our guests a good party!

We have worked with Exevents over the last couple of years for our annual Christmas party, catering to 300 members of staff in central London. Working with David and his team is always an absolutely pleasure, no task is too much and we have certainly set him some fun challenges with our events.
