Our vision at Applebees Fitness is to create an affordable friendly fitness community to improve your health and well being, making exercise something you actually look forward too! Ben and his team has a fun, inspirational approach and the variety they bring to your training will keep it fresh. We are a team of five personal trainers - Ben, Harriet, Tanya, Tom and Pete as well as Sarah our customer support.
We will first talk with you to get to know you, get an understanding of your current health and fitness goals. Whether you're looking to improve your health with some fat loss and toning, reduce pain and injury or hitting your next sport specific PB, we will discuss the most appropriate package for you with our free initial consultation.
Increase your strength and fitness in your lower body, upper body and core strength and maintain our 100% record with guaranteed improvements from previous clients over the 8 weeks course. Before the course- you will get full access to your very own app where you can log and store your measurements, diet and training plans.
If you prefer training in the comfort of your own home, our virtual Personal Training packages will be for you! Personal training sessions will now be available with the same level of attention, detail and support for just 175. We will provide you with the necessary information with your diet, training, mindset and mobility.

I attended the post natal workout course and loved it so much I signed up three times in a row.
The class is a brilliant way to re-gain physical and mental health postnatally while making new mum friends.
Harriet is a great PT, she made sure I was working out at the right level for me, concentrating on building up my strength gradually after having a baby.
Me and the other girls in the group have lots of fun during the class, there is no pressure in terms of level of fitness. It’s also lovely watching the babies interacting with each other and hopefully start to build a friendship.

Love Applebees fitness so much. Such a great range of classes to choose from. I ways feel challenged and supported. It is unlike other gyms as it is more like a supportive family community that encourage and support each other no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I loved the post natal classes with Harriet, my favourite class is always kettlebells and feel stronger than ever. To work harder I joined the group pt classes which I find really help motivate me and I love the smaller group team. All the team members are highly motivating, kind and supportive. I can't recommend applebees

I have worked out with these guys for around 3/4 years now and I can only say that Ben is awesome he has really worked hard and has now created a fantastic team dedicated at pushing us to our limits and encouraging us to work hard and better ourselves. It’s always fun even when it hurts like hell, there are great members who you can have a laugh with too. Working out for me isn't just about getting fitter it’s about having while you do it. I would recommend them to anyone for group or one to one do it you won’t look back.
