Ryedale Caravan & Leisure Ltd is Leicestershire's largest caravan and motorcaravan dealership, occupying a 2 acre site just north of Leicester. The site is well situated just 1 mile from J23 of the M1 motorway and is within easy access from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and all surrounding areas via the M42 and A50 road networks.
Ryedale Leisure has a constant turnover of quality, approved pre owned caravans. All our caravans are carefully selected and vetted with only the best quality offered for sale. We never buy from auctions or internet sites that offer, at best, dubious history and or condition. All caravans undergo a complete service and check over followed by a full valet inside and out prior to collection.

All the caravan on sale we're really nice we had some makes and models in mind as we had been doing some research, however the the customer service was very poor, I felt that the sales man tried to discourage us from the vans we liked because he believed we couldn't afford them, then continued to question our car towing ability we explained that we were fully aware that our current car wasn't going to be able to tow and had been looking a getting a better suited car/ 4x4 again he stated how much that kind of car would cost and that the caravan we were looking at was 27,000 erm yes fully aware of

This afternoon we went in as a family to purchase a caravan. I had been to look at it alone earlier on in the day to see the exterior condition. We then went as a family and were shown around the caravan by the staff. This would be our first purchase of a caravan as newbies.
When asking about what the caravan has I asked if it had a motor mover. I was told the van does have a motor mover but I would have to pay £300 on top of the forecourt price to include it.
The van is 15 years old and to think they’d rather take the motor mover off and try and sell it second hand rather than just include

The owner only likes dealing with office work and won't get involved with customers. Called in to see a specific caravan and we asked to see it and he actually said "no". Not at the moment as theres no one available. We would have to wait for a sales person. We been before and he said that to some other customers. You just don't expect that from the staff do you? Then about 15 mins later he saw us waiting around at the caravan and just went and got the keys anyway! What? Just had us stand there for no reason wasting our time! Even the receptionist was infuriated with him! She gave him a proper

Absolutely superb firm to deal with. From first viewing to purchasing my motorhome all the staff were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Paul in sales is an absolute gent and nothing was too much trouble such as arranging MOT, service and habitation check, to going above and beyond in checking and rectifying any extra issues with the vehicle he found himself prior to handover. Second lockdown came along and he moved handover so I could collect early. I travelled on the train to collect and was met by one of the directors to take me to the dealership. What can I say. Excellent!

After a long wait for the perfect van for our needs, we part exchanged our 10yr old caravan, bought from Ryedale, for a new Bailey Phoenix and couldn't be happier. Paul the salesman was particularly helpful, professional, patient and very knowledgeable of all the different styles. The after-care team were fantastic with the van exchange and when we struggled with the new digital heater/water system on our maiden voyage they were on call by phone for ages until everything was sorted. We would always recommend Ryedales to anyone looking to buy a caravan.

Have to say we had a great experience, had an idea of what we wanted and with the help of Nigel we found a great caravan and got a fantastic deal. No pressure left us alone when we need time just to sit in the caravans, but was there to answer all of our questions. The other members of staff were very polite and helpful to thanks also to Paul. See you all soon to pick her up and be our semi local store. Cheers guys
